WE LOVE MICHELLE. We chose Michelle because of a story we heard about her from a friend who used her. Short version is that the last time we bought a home we felt like our agent didn’t really fight for us, and our friend, who bought a house at the same time we had, shared how Michelle really worked so hard to get them into a home. As we decided to sell that home and upgrade to a new one, we immediately called Michelle. She worked so hard for us, she called on any house we asked her to call about, she followed up on homes we’d lost out on to see if the buyer had fallen through… She just was always there clearly working hard to help us find a home. As we sold ours and realized we needed to move in to an apt while we continued our search, in all our high stress Michelle was calm and kept us grounded. She has become part of our family and now that we have a home, we honestly miss her! She gives off a great vibe, works hard, understands how to manage her client’s stress, and is clearly very experienced. And, we ended up in LITERALLY our dream home. Michelle represented us as a seller’s agent this summer and now that the sale has been finalized I can say with total confidence that Michelle is AWESOME. Back story: My mom passed away last February (Michelle represented my mom back in 2006 when she bought this house originally) and I was named the executor of her estate and trust. I had known Michelle a little through my siblings (who have both worked with Michelle on home purchases) and of course through my mom, but I live in Northern Calif. and had never worked with Michelle directly….I had to trust my siblings when they said she would be the best person to help us sell our mom’s house. She’s also tenacious and she works hard every day for her clients. I never felt as though I was bothering her or asking any silly questions – she was there for me every step of the way during what has been the very hardest time in my life, losing my mom. Selling a home under these circumstances is very tricky, but that fact that Michelle already knew us made the process so much easier. I can’t thank her enough. Michelle is the consummate professional. In a very tough sellers market she won us the perfect condo, one with multiple competing offers. Michelle came up with a creative offer identifying what was most important to the prospective sellers which put our offer over the top.
