Michelle represented us as a seller’s agent this summer and now that the sale has been finalized I can say with total confidence that Michelle is AWESOME. Back story: My mom passed away last February (Michelle represented my mom back in 2006 when she bought this house originally) and I was named the executor of her estate and trust. I had known Michelle a little through my siblings (who have both worked with Michelle on home purchases) and of course through my mom, but I live in Northern Calif. and had never worked with Michelle directly….I had to trust my siblings when they said she would be the best person to help us sell our mom’s house. They were 100% right. Michelle was great to work with – she is very communicative, she knows her market, she is funny and real, and she gave me great advice when I needed it. She’s also tenacious and she works hard every day for her clients. I never felt as though I was bothering her or asking any silly questions – she was there for me every step of the way during what has been the very hardest time in my life, losing my mom. Selling a home under these circumstances is very tricky, but that fact that Michelle already knew us made the process so much easier. I can’t thank her enough. I would absolutely work with her again.
